• Be open to obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance License with support from our District
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial
• Strong communication skills paired with the ability to build positive relationships
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to expand knowledge and skills

• Assist with customer outreach, appointment setting, and follow-up communications
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Generate leads through prospecting efforts such as networking, referrals, cold calling, or community events
• Assist with policy administration by managing applications, quotes, billing, and other related administrative tasks
• Regularly communicate progress, performance results, and client engagement activities
