As a trainee, youll be introduced to all aspects of the insurance business, including sales, customer service, underwriting basics, and risk analysis. Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

• Must be open to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License with support from our District Office
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Achievement of self-generated written premium targets as set by the program
• Motivated, proactive individual with a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
• Demonstrates a solid work ethic paired with strong leadership abilities.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous and may be preferred based on location.

• Learn and understand Farmers Insurance products (auto, home, life, commercial, etc.)
• Assist in identifying and qualifying prospective clients
• Deliver high-quality customer service while building and sustaining strong client relationships.
• Create and present insurance proposals to individuals as well as small business audiences.
• Strengthen the ability to assess client needs and suggest appropriate coverage solutions.
