Farmers Insurance is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll help individuals and families protect their assets and plan for the future by selling a wide range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and business insurance. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying needs, and offering trusted solutions.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Licensing Assistance

• Possess or be open to obtaining, a Property & Casualty Insurance License with support from our District.
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for sales are essential.​
• Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.​
• Previous sales experience is preferred, but not always required.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

• Proactively solicit new business through various channels, including phone calls, networking, and referrals.
• Develop and present insurance quotes, close sales, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance with claims and policy adjustments. ​
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details.
