Farmers Insurance is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Agency Producer to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the agency. As an Agency Producer, you will market and sell various lines of insurance including auto, home, life, and business while delivering exceptional customer service and helping clients protect what matters most.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

• Possess or be open to obtaining, a Property & Casualty Insurance License with support from our District.
• While not always required, previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly preferred
• Ability to listen effectively and understand client needs to provide tailored solutions
• Strong work ethic and leadership skills
• Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial

• Proactively identify and develop leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Present insurance products and services to prospective clients, highlighting benefits and value.
• Assist clients with policy selection, adjustments, and renewals.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance to help them navigate their insurance needs.
• Work closely with team members and support staff to enhance client service and streamline agency operations.
