We are looking for someone to grow with the agency. Our customer service representative must be licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance. We will pay for the licensing course if not currently licensed.
The Licensed customer service position is created for someone who can assist on multiple projects to help retain customers and assist the sales team.
We conduct performance reviews every six months for the first 18 months and than yearly reviews. Each review should come with a pay increase. First Pay increase is after 90 days.
We are a fun agency that focuses on being happy at work. Our customer service rep does also have the ability to earn bonuses for increased sales revenue.

Salary Range: $15.00 per hour

Applicants must be licensed in Property & Casualty or willing to get licensed. (We will cover the cost of the course to help with licensing.) Within six-eight months of hiring, you must have your Life and Health license also.
Be a team player! Although you will run spreadsheets, and call clients, and make policies changes, the most important task is being a team players. You will also answer phones, send emails and attempt to bring new business to the agency.
