Position: Licensed Customer Service Representative
Location: 1310 E Valley Parkway Suite 104, Escondido, CA 92027
Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM | Monday to Friday | No Weekends

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and policy guidance to existing clients
- Handle inquiries and issues with clarity, professionalism, and care
- Cross-sell additional coverage based on client needs
- Support client retention through proactive service and relationship building
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to meet and exceed performance goals

Salary Range: $61,360.00 - $81,360.00 per year

Requirements
Qualifications to Apply:
- Insurance License Required: Property & Casualty or Life & Health (active in California)
- Experience: Prior work in the insurance industry (CSR, producer, or similar role)
- Communication Skills: Clear, calm, and persuasive communication written and verbal
- Work Ethic: Confident self-starter, proactive, and dependable
- Personality Fit: Goal-oriented, team-minded, and able to thrive in high-pressure situations
- Customer Service Focus: Genuinely enjoy helping others and solving problems professionally
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- Establish and create relationships with a center of influences
- Solicit new business via telephone, networks, and other lead sources
- Develop Insurance quotes and present to prospective clients
- Service in force clients
