Insurance Sales Representative


Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, selling, and servicing various insurance products to individuals and businesses. You will play a key role in helping clients assess their insurance needs, provide tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships.

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Must be willing to obtain Property, Casualty, Life and Health Insurance Licenses. We will help you with this!!
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough insurance needs assessments for clients and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Present insurance products and services in a clear and compelling manner, addressing client concerns and objections.
  • Customize insurance solutions to meet the unique needs and budgets of individual clients.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, renew policies, and cross-sell additional products.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product changes to effectively advise clients and maintain compliance.
