This position is a full-time position (Monday through Friday 40 hours a week)

• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Must be able to get Insurance Licensed
• High School or equivalent
• Must be able to get Insurance State Licensed within 30 days

• Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Assist with customer calls questions with Auto and Home Insurance
• Review billing questions with clients
• Follow-up with existing and potential clients
