• Generate business with warm leads provided by the Agency owner
• Ensure each customer has an outstanding customer experience
• Attend training & workshops at our Presidents Council District Office

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Possess or obtain a General Lines Property & Casualty TX License
• Possess or obtain, within 30 days of hire, a General Lines Life, Accident, Health and HMO TX Insurance license
• Motivated and determined to succeed
• Meet or exceed premium goals set with your Agent
• Sales experience or a client-facing sales background
• Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a professional demeanor 
• Pass a criminal and financial background check
