We help identify, attract, and develop individuals interested in insurance franchise opportunities, including future Farmers Insurance agency ownership.

As we continue to expand across Texas, we are hiring an Agency Recruiter focused specifically on franchise recruiting.

Position Summary

The Agency Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and guiding candidates interested in insurance franchise ownership opportunities. This role is relationship-driven and centered on conversation, credibility, and consistent follow-up. You will manage the recruiting process from initial outreach through screening, interview coordination, and handoff, while ensuring a high-quality and professional candidate experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trust, asking the right questions, and helping candidates evaluate whether franchise ownership aligns with their career goals, financial readiness, and long-term vision.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 per year

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or people-focused roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfort with outbound outreach, follow-up, and ongoing candidate conversations
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or recruiting and scheduling tools
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple candidates at once
• Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment
