Seeking Property & Casualty licensed Insurance Sales Rep!

Build relationships with valued clients, receive top-tier insurance knowledge and training. You will work provided leads and close new business. Your Agent will guide you and a supportive District Farmers Team will encourage your progress and training.

Salary Range: $34,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

• Active General Lines or Personal Lines Property & Casualty TX License
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or collaborate with a team.
• Coachable, receptive attitude with strong motivation
• General Lines Life, Accident & Health TX License preferred but not required

• Work in Agency Office - Monday to Friday - 8:30 to 5:30.
• Call agency provided leads for new business sales.
• Cross-sell and propose solutions to current clients.
• Build customer connections by responding to requests, follow-up, provide outstanding customer service and explain insurance products to customers.
