Salary Range: $34,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Career Growth Opportunities

• Possess General or Personal Lines Property & Casualty TX License
• Insurance sales/service experience preferred
• Ability to cross-sell customers auto, home, umbrella products
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, & identify customer needs
• Respond to inquiries of insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Educate customers about insurance options
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

• Monday to Friday - 8:30 to 5:30 in the Farmers agency office
• Cross-sell established clients through yearly Farmers Friendly Review
• Prepare quotes to present, sell and close new policies daily
• Respond daily to alerts, service emails and calls to the Agency
• Make daily outbound follow up calls to prospects and leads
