Salary Range: $33,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Evenings Off

• Active General or Personal Lines Property & Casualty TX License
• Minimum 6 months insurance sales/service experience
• Ability to cross-sell auto, home, umbrella products
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, & identify customer needs
• Build relationships with prompt, accurate & friendly service
• Respond to service inquiries
• Educate customers about insurance options
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required

• Work in Agency Office - Mon to Fri - 8:30 to 5:30
• Cross-Sell to existing clients with Farmers Friendly Reviews
• Prepare new policy quotes daily
• Present, sell and close new policies
• Handle daily alerts, service emails and calls to the Agency
• Make daily outbound follow-up calls
• Contact warm leads provided by the Agency
