Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Evenings Off

• Active General or Personal Lines Property & Casualty TX License
• Minimum 6 months insurance sales/service experience
• Ability to cross-sell customers auto, home, umbrella products
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, & identify customer needs
• Market appropriate products and services
• Establish relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service
• Respond to inquiries of insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Educate customers about insurance options
• General Lines Life, Accident, Health & HMO TX license preferred but not required

• Work in Agency Office - Monday to Friday - 8:30 to 5:30
• Cross-Sell to established clients needing Farmers Friendly Reviews
• Prepare new policy quotes daily
• Present, sell and close new policies
• Handle daily alerts, service emails and calls received at the Agency
• Make daily outbound follow up calls
• Contact warm leads provided by the Agency
