Farmers Insurance District 53 is actively seeking dedicated Life Insurance Specialists to work closely inside selected Agency offices that specialize in selling life insurance. This position will play a crucial role in building and customizing life insurance policies within each agency, extend relationships between agents and customers, and help make effective use of the comprehensive Farmers tools provided.

Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Must have an ACTIVE General Lines Life, Accident, and Health Texas License.
• 2 years minimum customer-facing sales experience within the life insurance industry, demonstrating expertise and an understanding of the field.
• Candidates will undergo a background and credit check to meet industry standards and security measures.
• Demonstrate effectiveness in working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Embrace feedback with a coachable and open attitude.

• Collaborate with a variety of Agency offices, allowing for exposure to different markets and customer demographics.
