• Active General or Personal Lines Property & Casualty TX license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Highly motivated and driven.
• Life & Health license preferred but not required.

• Achieve established new business production.
• Assist with service for existing customers within the agency.
• Create insurance quotes, conduct effective sales presentations, and finalize sales transactions.
• Approach each customer interaction as an opportunity for both cross-selling and upselling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assistance, upholding the highest standards.
• Foster client relationships.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Keep up to date on insurance policy choices.
