District 53 is searching for a Licensed Insurance Account Specialist to assist in expanding our agency in Royse City, TX.

The ideal candidate should possess a sales background and derive satisfaction from engaging with individuals and resolving challenges. This individual will have daily phone interactions, reaching out to various leads to engage in discussions about insurance coverage, pricing, and closing new business.

Our agency places a strong emphasis on EXCEPTIONAL customer service and collaborates closely with our clients to provide insurance solutions while cultivating enduring relationships.

Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• An Active Texas General Lines Property and Casualty License
• Preferably 1-2 years of insurance sales experience
• Proficiency in telephone etiquette and attentive listening
• Knowledge of CRM systems and practices
• Customer service competencies and adaptability in interacting with customers
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and efficiently manage time

• Contact provided leads and finalize new business
• Establish connections and establish referral partnerships
• Comprehend and achieve sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Foster lasting relationships and trust with customer accounts through transparent and interactive communication
• Maintain documentation of customer interactions, handle customer accounts, and organize records
• Adhere to communication protocols, standards, and policies
• Exert additional effort to actively engage with customers
