Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty License in the State of Texas.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• General Lines Life, Accident, and Health Texas License also accepted. 
• Prior Sales Experience.
• Must be highly self-motivated.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support for insurance policyholders and prospective customers.
• Onboard new clients to ensure all documentation has been signed.
• Meet new business production goals set by the Agency.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.
• Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs.
