We are looking for a customer-oriented Agency Producer to help us grow our agency. The candidate we are looking for will preferably have some sales experience and enjoy talking to people and solving problems. This person will be on the phones daily reaching out to multiple types of leads to discuss insurance coverages, prices and closing business.

Our agency focuses on GREAT customer service and working with our customers to educate them about insurance and create a long-term relationship.

Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• ACTIVE Texas General Lines Property and Casualty License
• 2 year of sales experience preferred
• Successful sales record with insurance sales experience preferred
• Strong phone skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer service skills and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Call provided leads and close new business
• Network and set up referral partners
• Understand and attain monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Go the extra mile to engage customers
