• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License
• At least 1 year of insurance customer service experience required
• Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Illustrate self-sufficiency and collaborative teamwork.
• Open to coaching and feedback & committed to personal growth.
• Demonstrate high motivation and resolve.
• General Lines Life & Health license preferred but not required.

• Manage daily insurance service alerts received by the agency
• Address and organize service-related emails
• Promote additional services to current agency clients
• Seize opportunities for upselling to existing clients
• Arrange Farmers Friendly Reviews for our established customer base
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients post-transition from the sales team
