Salary Range: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Posses a General Lines Property & Casualty (P&C) Texas license
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively as a team
  • Willingness to receive coaching and open to guidance
  • Exceptionally motivated and determined
  • Competence in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Sales background preferred.
  • General Lines Life & Health Texas license preferred but not required
Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture connections with prospective clients
  • Recognize and actively seek out new business prospects
  • Deliver exceptional client support and service
  • Instruct clients on insurance offerings and services
  • Assess client requirements and propose suitable insurance solutions
  • Conclude sales transactions and reach sales objectives
  • Keep precise records of sales endeavors and client engagements
  • Remain current on industry developments and alterations in insurance regulations
