Salary Range: $38,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License
• 1+ years of customer service in a related field is required
• Proficiency in Spanish is required.
• Display exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrate self-reliance and effective teamwork.

• Showcase strong motivation and determination.
• Previous sales experience preferred
• General Lines Life & Health license preferred

• Work daily service alerts received at the agency
• Respond and coordinate service emails
• Cross-Sell to current agency clients
• Up-sell to current clients when the opportunity arises
• Schedule Farmers Friendly Reviews for existing customers
• Onboard new clients once they've transitioned from the sales team
