Salary: $52,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices
  • Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. 

Requirements

  • Texas General Lines Property and Casualty preferred
  • Texas General Life & Health preferred
  • College degree preferred
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Most important Ability to connect to people and deliver on promises made.
