Job Description
Farmers Agency Owner is looking for a talented individual to join the agency team in the daily operation of the agency. You will set strategy, initiate best practices and use your skills to continuously strengthen and enhance customer relationships.
Salary: $36,500.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Responsible for working daily alerts received at agency
- Respond to and coordinate service emails
- Schedule Farmers Friendly Reviews of existing customer policies and their needs
- Cross-Sell to current agency clients
- Contact warm leads provided by Agency
- Quote 20 new business quotes per week
- Sell Policies
- Make 30 daily outbound follow up calls
Requirements
- Customer service experience of one year or greater
- Ability to Cross-Sell current customers auto, home, life and business products
- Must have General Lines Property and Casualty Texas license
- Obtain General Lines Life, Accident, Health License within 60 days of hire in order to quote and sell life insurance to new and existing customers
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
- Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service including responding to inquiries of insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
