Job Description
Farmers Insurance Agency has openings for career-minded insurance sales representatives in the Lewisville, Corinth, Carrollton area. These positions are in the agency office with the agency team Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:30. The positions also offer future growth potential into the Farmers Protege Program if desired.
Salary: $37,900.00 - $71,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs
- Generate insurance quotes
- Maintain knowledge of new products
- Meet new business production goals set by the Agency Owner
- Call warm leads provided by the Agency
- Cross-sell to existing agency book of business
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up
- Active General Lines Property & Casualty Texas license
- Prior Sales Experience at plus
- Must be highly self-motivated
- Posses problem-solving capabilities
- Able to obtain General Lines Life, Accident, and Health License for Texas within 60 days of hire.
