• Possess/obtain General Lines Property & Casualty Texas license
• Possess/obtain General Lines Life, Accident & Health TX license within 60 days of hire.
• Sales or insurance sales experience preferred
• Ability to problem solve, multi-task
• Proficient in follow-thru and follow-up

• Generate insurance quotes
• Present and explain insurance policy options to prospective and existing clients
• Maintain knowledge of insurance products
• Grow sales revenue and meet new business production goals with the agency owner
• Provide exceptional customer service
