Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with phone-based outreach and sales support
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk environment
• Previous insurance or sales experience is a plus (but not required)
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Proficient typing skills with above-average speed and a high level of accuracy

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop insurance quotes, prepare sales presentations, and assist in closing sales
• Contact prospective customers using phone systems, auto-dialers, and online communication tools
• Grow agency revenue through outbound calls, emails, and follow-up with potential client leads
• Schedule appointments, support marketing efforts, and assist Agency Producers with closing sales
• Manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for clients
• Maintain and organize lead data, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate records
• Develop insurance quotes, prepare sales presentations, and assist in closing sales
