No Previous Insurance Experience? No problem!

If you have proven your sales, customer service and communication skills in another industry and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about insurance. We will even provide study materials and reimburse the cost of obtaining your license. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $24,960 base salary and can earn an additional $10,000 - $20,000+ in commission during their first year.

If you have experience in sales and service with another agency and are looking for a new opportunity, this is the place for you. Experienced applicants with Property & Casualty AND Life & Health licenses start with a $29,120 base salary and top performers can earn an additional $30,000+ in commission. Salary Range: $25,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Associates Degree or higher preferred.
  • 2 years of sales or customer service experience required.
  • Property & Casualty license required to start.
  • Life & Health license required within first 90 days of employment.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all required documentation from customers.
  • Follow agency standards, industry best practices, and keep thorough case notes.
  • Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Take premium payments from customers.
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
  • Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and loyalty.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Attend training and continuing education courses.
