Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
Who We Want:
Bi Lingual Spanish Language
Outgoing, confident, and persuasive
Customer-focused but sales-motivated
Comfortable on phones and computers
Detail-oriented and dependable
Insurance experience a PLUS (but we’ll train the right attitude)
Active P&C license preferred — or willingness to get licensed (we help!)
Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
Helping clients with auto, home, renters, condo & umbrella insurance
Quoting, selling, and binding policies (warm leads + existing clients!)
Turning service calls into sales opportunities
Following up on renewals, requotes, and referrals
Educating clients and recommending better coverage
Hitting goals, earning commissions, and winning bonuses
