Job Overview

We are looking for a Bi Lingual Spanish part time motivated and detail-oriented Farmers Financial Solutions Coordinator to support our licensed agents in delivering retirement, life insurance, and financial products through the Farmers Financial Solutions program. This role involves assisting with appointment scheduling, preparing client paperwork, maintaining compliance documentation, and providing top-notch service to clients throughout the financial planning process.

Salary Range: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per year

Requirements

Working knowledge and Familiarity with financial products.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Comfortable scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate client records

Ability to support licensed Registered Representatives with application processing, compliance, and client onboarding

Detail-Oriented You catch the small things that matter in financial paperwork and compliance.

Responsibilities

As an Farmers Financial Solutions Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will be to:

Support licensed financial representatives in managing and organizing their client activities and schedules.

Set quality appointments with current and prospective clients.

Assist with general administrative support as needed to ensure a smooth workflow working with broker dealer and fund companies.

Assist with administrative tasks in the preparation of advertising, marketing or promotional communications

coordinating schedules and appointments with registered representatives and clients

Running illustrations and researching products

This position is critical to the success of our team and the quality of service we provide to our clients.
