Job Overview
We are looking for an organized, quick learning person to help us with our Customer Service department. Insurance experience is a plus but not required. Experienced Customer Service Representative skill level. We have no problem training the right individual in our business operations but are in need of for a reliable and professional worker looking to enhance their skills and build on their professional career. Must be Bilingual Spanish/English.
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Must be Bilingual Spanish/English
- Office experience
- Insurance experience a plus
- Property and casualty licensed or willing to obtain it
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Professional phone etiquette.
Responsibilities
Multi tasking along side with detailed organizational skills to get the job done. Taking live calls and processing service requests for existing policies in a prompt and professional manner. Working with team members to accommodate the incoming request and tagging for additional missing lines of business.
