Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements
- RECENT Insurance experience is required
- Property & Casualty License is required
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude is a necessity.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Problem-Solving Capabilities.
- Ability to obtain or possess an active Property and Casualty
- Strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt excellent customer service.
- Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Return all phone messages, emails, texts promptly when servicing & selling.
- Have the ability to uncover opportunities for new business when servicing existing clients
- Maintain knowledge of new products to offer.
- Generate new opportunities when servicing.
- Maintain high organizational skills.
- Multi-tasking is necessary.
