The Team North Star District Office in the Twin Cities metro area is hiring insurance sales representatives to join our growing team!

Our district office is located in Edina, MN, and we’re building something special! We help individuals and businesses protect what matters most by providing Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance. Compensation:

This is a paid sales role that includes:

  • Base salary
  • Uncapped commissions
  • Performance-based bonuses and incentives
  • We reward great performance. Total compensation is designed to reward strong performance and growth. This role is best suited for individuals who are motivated by earning potential tied directly to their efforts and results.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Agent:

  • Sales experience or client-facing background is preferred
  • Proven record of winning
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal, and listening
  • Intrinsically driven to be successful
  • Desire to grow within a performance-based environment

Is prior insurance sales experience required?

No! You don’t need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all product and sales training that you’ll need to be successful.


What would my career growth plan look like?

All team members in our district have the opportunity to go through our Mentorship Program and advance into a lead insurance agent role within our organization.


Will I have to purchase my own leads?

Absolutely not! We provide all leads! Our salespeople never have to worry about purchasing their own leads!


Is this a commission-only position?

Absolutely not! Our compensation plan offers base salary plus uncapped commission, bonuses, and incentives. Compensation is tied to performance, make as much as you want!


Is this a customer service role?

No. This is a sales position focused on outbound activity, follow-up, and closing new business.


Is this remote or hybrid position?

No. This role is fully in-office.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Agent:

  • Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with clients
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to succeed each and every day
