• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and grow your own Farmers Insurance agency
• Train and manage a high-performing sales and service team
• Develop local marketing strategies and community engagement efforts
• Drive agency growth through new business opportunities and customer retention
• Educate customers on coverage options and provide tailored insurance solutions (Property, Casualty, Life, Business)
• Manage operations, financials, and compliance requirements for the agency
