Our Agency will provide you not only leads but has a dedicated marketer sending live quotes to you daily. Your role is to quote as many as possible, answer all callbacks and convert to quotes, and follow up daily to close the business. We provide sales training/coaching and will keep you closing business.

Servicing mainly WA state, agency has license for NV, AZ, ID and OR. New agents will be required to train in the WA offices for 1 year before reviewing remote options. Agents with 2-5 years or more insurance P&C sales experience may apply for fully remote and should reside in one of our licensed states and must be licensed in WA State prior to starting with the agency.

We have office space at our location is in Monroe WA with Reverse commute for many locations and training available in Bothell WA. Opportunity to work remote for agents with existing industry experience that consistently hit their numbers, agents will have remote virtual team access and live coaching and be required to maintain standard office hours.

Salary Range: $2,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month
