What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build your own pathway to success
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and growth-oriented individuals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Insurance or commercial sales experience is a plus, but not required

Hands on Training

• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required), with Life & Health licenses often preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C commercial insurance sales.
• Skills: Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems and insurance quoting platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Prospecting & Networking: Generating new business by contacting local business owners through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Sales & Underwriting: Identifying risk, preparing quotes, and closing sales for commercial products like Business Owners Policies (BOPs), Commercial Auto, and Workers' Comp.
• Relationship Management: Building long-term relationships with business clients and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Collaboration: Working with existing Farmers agents to provide insurance solutions to their clients.
