What You'll Do:

  • Learn core lines (Auto, Home, Life, Small Biz) and how to translate coverage into client value
  • Manage a lead pipeline (warm + outbound), quote policies, and close with confidence
  • Build lasting client relationships: onboard, cross-sell, and retain
  • Master tools (CRM quoting platforms) to hit activity and sales KPIs
  • Earn licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required - we'll guide you)

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Licensing Requirement: Obtain or possess your Property & Casualty, and Life & Health licenses from the State of Arizona within 30 days of hire. We provide FREE Pre-Licensing courses.
