What You Bring

• A track record of success in sales, or a strong desire to learn and succeed
• A passion for consultative selling and a motivation to earn based on performance
• A receptive attitude toward coaching and a growth mindset
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks across multiple systems
• Tech-savviness and confidence in troubleshooting and navigating software
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced call center environment

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience
• (Retail, hospitality, restaurant, or call center background a plus)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Arizona Property & Casualty License: Not required to start - Farmers will assist with FREE pre-licensing programs
• (Must obtain license within 30 days of hire)
• Eligibility to be licensed in all required states

What You'll Do

As a Sales Representative with Farmers Insurance - Scottsdale - Greater Phoenix, you'll be the voice of the brand, helping customers understand and select the right insurance products to protect their families and assets. You'll:

• Make outbound calls to follow up on opportunities and maximize conversions
• Consult with customers to identify needs and match the right products
• Sell and bind property & casualty insurance policies
• Educate and cross-sell, creating opportunities for upselling additional products
• Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers and promote insurance solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service and develop lasting relationships
• Navigate multiple systems while interacting with customers seamlessly
