Requirements
  • Licensing Requirement: Obtain or possess your General Lines Property & Casualty, and Life & Health licenses from the State of Arizona within 30 days of hire.
  • Sales-Driven Focus: Thrive in a commission-based role with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals, leveraging a proactive sales approach.
  • Resilience & Positivity: Maintain confidence, perseverance, and optimism, pushing forward toward goals despite challenges or obstacles.
