Salary Range: $46,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Insurance CSRs interact with customers, one of the most important jobs in an insurance agency as the first point of contact for the customer. As an insurance CSR, you will spend a lot of time on the phone helping people, providing responses to inquiries about obtaining coverage, handling and resolving any complaints, and servicing existing accounts.
An insurance CSR is a person who needs the ability to remain calm in difficult situations and has strong problem-solving skills.
