Salary Range: $32,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
• Friendly, professional, customer-first attitude
• Self-motivated, consistent, and comfortable in a goal-driven environment
• Coachable mindset and strong work ethic
• Sales or customer service experience preferred - not required
• Punctual, dependable, and ready to learn
Licensing Requirements
• Georgia Property & Casualty license is a plus, but not required to apply
• Must be willing and able to obtain required licensing within 30 days (support provided)
• Life & Health license is also a plus

What You’ll Do
• Respond to inbound quote requests (phone/web/referrals) and convert them into policyholders
• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and provided leads
• Quote, present, and sell Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance products
• Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend the right coverage
• Follow up on quotes, nurture prospects, and consistently move opportunities forward
• Cross-sell additional lines (bundle opportunities, coverage gaps, policy reviews)
• Reconnect with former customers to win back business
• Identify life insurance opportunities and pivot/transfer to the Life specialist when appropriate
• Track activity and progress toward clear daily/weekly/monthly goals
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
