The Agency Producer is responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with clients. This role focuses on selling insurance products such as auto, home, life, and business policies. Agency Producers work closely with agency owners and team members to meet sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Property & Casualty License Required

✔️ Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales

✔️ Excellent communication & relationship-building skills

✔️ Previous sales, insurance, or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
