Join the Quayle Insurance Agency, a reputable insurance agency located in Pocatello, Idaho. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Insurance Advisor to join our team.

In this role, you will build positive relationships with clients, answer their inquiries, and provide insurance quotes, and sell a variety of products offered through Farmers. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will be key as you handle a wide range of customer service tasks, including policy updates, claim assistance, and billing inquiries.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
• Must be licensed in Property and casualty insurance or become licensed within the first 30 days. (We will pay for training material as well as provide reimbursement for exams.)

• Identify sales opportunities with existing clients and new prospects
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, policy updates, billing questions, and claim assistance
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage options
• Generate insurance quotes and assist clients in making informed decisions
• Maintain accurate and organized customer records in our database
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience
• Look for opportunities to offer existing clients additional lines of business
