We are currently seeking a highly motivated, driven Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for a goal-oriented, competitive, and persuasive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing new business. You will focus on generating new clients, educating prospects, and converting qualified leads into long-term customers.

Leads are provided, and you’ll receive hands-on training to learn our products, sales process, and systems. We also offer performance-based bonus opportunities that reward production, consistency, and strong client engagement.

  • Expected first-year earnings of $60,000 - $80,000

Requirements
  • Bilingual in Spanish is required
  • An active insurance license is required or willing to obtain
  • Prior sales experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Honest, dependable, and coachable
  • Driven, resourceful, and eager to grow
Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with warm leads
  • Sell auto, home, renters, life, and commercial insurance policies
  • Educate clients on coverage options and tailor solutions to fit their needs
  • Maintain detailed notes and activity in the CRM
  • Manage your pipeline and follow through on sales opportunities
  • Build relationships with referral sources and prospects
