Farmers Insurance is a full-service insurance carrier offering Personal Lines, Commercial, and Life Insurance solutions. We are expanding our team of Licensed Insurance Producers who know how to build relationships, cross-sell effectively, and grow revenue within an existing and new book of business.

Required Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty Insurance license
Active Life & Health Insurance license
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, Chinese, Mandarin, or Cantonese
Prior insurance or sales experience (training and ongoing support provided)

Key Responsibilities
* Cross-sell Personal Lines, Commercial, and Life products within an existing book of business
* Develop insurance quotes, deliver professional sales presentations, and close business
* Grow revenue through phone, email, referrals, and targeted prospecting
* Establish and maintain referral relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, and other strategic partners
* Generate new business through referrals, networking, marketing efforts, lead databases, and outbound outreach
