• Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license required.
• Proven sales experience with a successful track record in meeting or exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities with consistent follow-through and timely follow-up.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a client-focused attitude.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is a plus.

• Meet new business production goals and sales targets as established by the agency.
• Develop accurate and competitive Property & Casualty insurance quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close new policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to policyholders.
• Process customer requests for policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently.
• Ensure thorough understanding and adherence to all underwriting guidelines, rating procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Conduct proactive lead generation activities, including cold calling, direct emailing, and networking to develop new business opportunities.
