• Previous sales experience required
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
• Must be coachable
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
• Insurance experience preferred but not necessary

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations and close sales
• Communicating with our warm leads
• Create and maintainin a database of current and potential customers
• Build relationships with prospects and clients
• Achieve high sales targets
• Maintain phone time or sales quotas as determined by management
• Prospect for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases
• Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices
• Assess and identify the wants and needs of your prospects and clients over the phone
