Job Overview

The LaMarche Agency is expanding! We currently have 2 locations (one in Antigo and the other in DePere) and we are looking to add to our amazing team. We are highly focused on growth and customer satisfaction. As a top performing agency, we are seeking an individual that will assist us in maintaining and growing our business. We need assistance with servicing and assisting our current customers while growing our customer base.

This position offers a competitive base salary + commission + bonuses + benefits including holiday pay, paid time off and a matching retirement plan. There’s a lot of potential growth within our agency, with increasing pay, commissions and bonus structure. Your success is our success!

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Must be highly self-motivated.
  • Minimum 3-5 years prior sales experience is preferred.
  • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
  • Must be willing and able to obtain Property and Casualty licenses promptly
Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
  • Generating insurance quotes.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
