Base salary of $20-$25/hour based on job experiences.
Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Mandarin is beneficial.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
-Handling email and task management system
-Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements and assist insured to be complaint.
-Take premium payments from customers.
-Handle all incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
-Work closely with licensed agency producers to provide exceptional customer service and support.
