As an Agency Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and delivering customized insurance solutions. You’ll work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with strong support, training, and resources provided.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

● Identify and connect with prospective clients through provided leads, networking, and referrals

● Prepare quotes, deliver proposals, and close sales

Client Relationship Management

● Build and maintain long-term client relationships

● Provide ongoing policy support, coverage reviews, and claims assistance

● Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service

● Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

● Participate in weekly incentive programs and team competitions
